METAL DETECTOR

One or two loops placed inside the floor are connected to a metal detector that detects any metallic object then opens the door. it’s possible to set many different functions.

REMOTE CONTROLLER

A radio receiver is placed inside the control panel. One or more transmitters, with two or four channels, can be set open a single door or different doors.

MOTION SENSOR

A Motion Sensor detects any movements and opens the door. It’s possible to set the sensitivity of the Sensor, the direction of the movement to detect and many other functions.

PULL CORD

A long arm is placed inside the door. At the end of the arm there’s a micro- switch with a cord descending towards the oor. Door opening is commanded by pulling the cord.

LIGHT CURTAIN SENSOR

Light curtains are presence sensing devices that provide an infrared perimeter around perilous machinery or processes.A light curtain’s main advantage is that it does not impose a physical barrier on personnel. As such, an operator is able to access guarded components without mechanical or observational limitations

SWITCH & BUTTON

A Simple button to press placed near the door . Where pedestrian trafic is high its’s very useful to install a push-button for pedestrian opening that doesn’t open the door completely but only half – way.

Light Barrier

Safety Light barrier can also be used like an opening command. A Light barrier placed at a certain distance from the door make the door opening when excited.

FLASHING LIGHT

A Set of two light (green , red & yellow) regulates the trafc through the door. Green light turns on only when the door is completely opened. Other congurations are possible.

Wheel guides

Wheel guides installed in front of the loading bay increase the safety and efficiency of loading and unloading operations and improve the service life of dock shelters considerably. They are designed tominimize possible contact with the truck wheel rim. The wheel guidesare available in 159 mm diameter tube with bends for fastening. They are bolted into place using concrete anchors or can be sunk intothe floor. As the wheel guides are exposed to high dynamic load, the model with anchor bolt fastening shall be installed only on the concrete area

RUBBER BUMPERS

Rubber bumpers provide safe approach of trucks to the loading place and prevent damage to the building walls.They cushion a shock in case of incorrect parking. The bumpers are made of technical rubber, which increasestheir wear resistance and durability. The following models ofbumpers are available:

  • small bumper (300 x 250 x 100 mm);
  • large bumper (500 x 250 x 100 mm);
  • sliding bumper (500 x 250 x 100 mm);
  • rubber bumper with steel plate (500 x 250 x 100 mm);
  • steel bumper with damping insert (500 x 255 x 205);

Electrically Operated Rolling Shutters – Electrically operated rolling shutters shall be operated by an electric motor operating on 400/440 V, 3 phase 50 cycle ac supply.The electric motor shall drive the worm shaft by chain or Vee belt drive or through a reduction gear box. The reduction gear box shall have a control lever within easy reach from the floor so that the motor may be disengaged and the auxiliary chain gear operating mechanism may be engaged instantly in the event of be completely removed without interfering with the operation of the rolling shutter or the auxilliary drive. The electric drive shall be so designed as to limit the speed of movement of the curtain in either direction to not more than about 10 cm/s
